At Massive Threads, every product is made to order. Because of this, we maintain a strict but fair refund policy to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

2. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

Once verified, we will:

  • Replace the item, or

  • Issue a full refund

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns for:

  • Worn or used items

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Final sale items

  • Incorrect size selection by the customer

4. EXCHANGES

Exchanges are available for size issues or defects depending on product availability.

If your requested size is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.

5. REFUND PROCESS

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Processing time:

  • 5–10 business days

6. RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item is defective

  • The wrong item was sent

7. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account

  • Contact your credit card provider

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank

8. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be canceled within a short window after purchase.

Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled.
