  2. We don’t mass-produce. We build your order when you place it. 

  3. Because of that, we don’t accept returns for:

    1. Wrong size selection

    2. Change of mind

  4. Own your selection. We’ll handle the rest.

Damaged Items

  1. Damaged Items Microcopy: If it’s on us, we fix it. Fast. 

  2. If your gear shows up compromised:

    1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery

    2. Send photos of the issue

  3. We’ll replace it. No hesitation.

Exchanges

  1. We don’t rotate inventory – we correct issues. 

  2. We don’t run traditional exchanges.

  3. If there’s a production issue, we correct it with a replacement.

Refund Policy

  1. Refund Policy Microcopy: If we can’t fix it, we make it right. 

  2. Refunds are issued only when:

    1. An item is confirmed defective.

    2. A replacement cannot be fulfilled. 

  3. If approved, funds return to your original payment method.
